The Supreme Court has denied the Iviewit petition to review the Florida Bar / Florida Supreme Court denial

"The Supreme Court has denied the Iviewit petition to review the Florida Bar/Florida Supreme Court denial, to hear the charges against attorneys Christopher Wheeler and Matthew Triggs for confirmed violations of their public office positions with the Florida Bar. In a complaint filed by the Iviewit shareholders for conflicts of interest and violation of Florida Supreme Court Bar Association public office positions against active members, including former President of the Bar, Kelly Overstreet Johnson.
Further, Florida Supreme Court and the United State Supreme Court have denied Iviewit shareholders their rights to file complaints against bar members and officers of the bar who were caught violating esteemed bar positions in handling complaints filed against Proskauer Rose partners. Although this ruling is clearly not in favor of either side, as the petition was never heard, it has allowed a loophole for attorneys caught violating public offices in the Florida Bar to evade the publics ability to file formal complaints.
In addition, it allows lawyers who have violated clients to then seek election to offices within the bar association and handle complaints against themselves, in violation of conflict laws and public office positions. If they are caught in conflict, the Supreme Courts have the rights to disarm citizens of the right to file formal complaints against these members through denying the right to be heard in a court of law.

Further Supreme Court cases will now be filed regarding other public officers including former President of the New York Bar Association, Steven C. Krane of Proskauer Rose. Proskauer Rose is being investigated by federal, state and international law enforcement agencies including but not limited to: The United States Patent & Trademark Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Small Business Administration the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi).
